Paris shuttle service

The driver was waiting us at airport, and all together we wait other persons in late. We left the airport more than one hour after the landing. Then driver been forced by company to serve the people in late before us, as result we arrived at the hotel 2hours after we foreseen. On the way back all goes fine, the driver was waiting us at hotel on time and we catch the flight with no worries. The van was new and comfortable.

Non-liable enterprise, I'd booked my service one month ago and they waited until today (24 hours from my flight) to tell me they won't be picking me up because my flight arrived very late.Being a tourist I at least expected an apology or look for other solutions, well the person who answered the phone didn't even say anything or gave solutions to their already made solution... leaving me without the service I payed for.

One of the airport representatives called Paris shuttle for pick up At 348pm. They said within 30 minites. I have been waiting outside 2c even now 437pm. No shuttle. I am very upset. I have a scheduled activity dinner at 6pm. I asked one of the representatives to call again. They told me to wait another 30 minutes! This is unexcusable. Very poor coordination. I am very upset about this.

UPDATE: They showed up 30 minutes early to take us back to the airport and left because we couldn't be reached (didn't call my cell). SUCH A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!DO NOT use this service. No pick up information provided. Finally got them on the phone and were told to walk 15 minutes to other part of airport. No driver was there and they did not answer the phone. After an hour we took a different service. Driver called me an hour and 15 minutes later asking where I was.

Ive used Pairs shuttle a couple of times before and have never had a problem. This time they canceled on me 12 hours before the airport pickup and I had to scramble to find another option last minute. (We ended up booking with Welcome pickups and they were wonderful) Pairs shuttle told me that they had mechanical issues and couldn’t pick us up. They promised me that they would still pick us up to take us on our return trip to the airport. ONE HOUR before they were due to pick us up I get an email saying that they are canceling our pick up again! and with the same mechanical issue. We ended up having to take an uber which was ok but we book airport pickup/drop offs to feel extra safe.

Called them right when we landed to confirm a pick up. They sent us to the wrong place and when we called again, we were sent to a terminal on the other end of the airport. We were told someone would be waiting for us and after standing around for half an hour, still no one came. He finally showed up and was very nice but the fact that we had to wait over two hours for a pick up is just bad business.

Probably a scam.We paid in advance and had a confirm. The day our flight arrived no driver shows up. Claims to have emailed us canceling. We received nothing. No refund or response since.

Waited almost 2 hours to be picked up at the airport then they picked us up 6 hours before our flight. When we called to asked for a later pick up they said no. we would have taken a taxi but we already paid ,$100 for the service. DO NOT USE PARIS SHUTTLE even our hotel warned us they were awful. The driver was kind the second trip but the 1st driver was so rude after having waited 2 hours !!!!

So, I have tried to book the shuttle service an infinite times, thorough their site giving them all my data, through whatsapp where they responded and asked how many persons, after I said just one they didn't showed up anymore, I called an infinite times from Italy to France they answered and told me they would send an confirmation email. Guess what? It never arrived. So I supposed there where a language misunderstood but after I have called an endless amount of times they would still be there at the airport. Right! They weren't. So, do I have to tell you this complicated all my trip, because I supposed I would come back to the airport with them, cause I had the flight at 6 AM, and I had to take a taxi for 150€. I understand everything, but why just not give an answer like: hey

We landed to Paris and no sign of driver for one hour. After we call them, they say their car has mechanical problems and other driver will come in 45 minutes. The other driver actualy arrives after 1 hour and 10 minutes (total 2 and half our after our landing). Probably because we were only 2 and when they came after 2h:30 late other 2 tourists who booked landed - so it was more worth to take 4 at one time.On the way back, after the first surprise" I decided to call them on the day of departure to make sure they will pick us up.
