Ending our day at Romain Hénin, what an interesting vigneron!As we were going through his vineyards you can see how far implicating nature can go (the picture - guess which side is his plot).Unfortunately no champagne bottle was left, so we had the privilege to try his still wines, which were very interesting. I definitely can’t wait to have one of his champagnes in my cellar.First cuvée 1300 bottles produced in 2018, natural vinification without sulfite and 0g.A new grower to watch out for! Cheers

On comprend l'art et la détermination du mec quand on goutte son champagne.. très peu nombreux sont ceux qui peuvent se venter de travailler sans souffre..Une future star de la champagne

Just walked in without appointment on a saturday afternoon to have the best tasting ever!. What a heavenly champagne. All what we tasted was heaven. Delphine was a fantastic host, what a charming lady,and whit a lot of knowlegde of her products. We left with some bottles to enjoy back home, but we will surely become a big fan of Henin Pascal. We love you guys!

Very nice and well priced champagne! We arrived without an appointment but mrs. Henin offered us a tasting anyway. We would definitely love to come back someday. Merci beaucoup et santé!
