Canal Suites - Paris La Villette (by Popinns)

La petite cuisinette qui ne ma pas servit mais qui est quand même appréciable, l’hôtel et les chambres sont propre, et très bien situer géographiquement c'est une des principal raison de mon choix de l’hôtel.Pour les points négatifs le premier a été le prix du parking de 15€ en plus du prix de la chambre alors que cela devrait être inclus, la cambre demeure relativement petite mais sans pour autant être minuscule. une lampe casser sur les deux et un branchement électrique a nue. Peu de prise de courant et aucune proche du lit. Insonorisation pas parfaite on entend souvent des discutions. La salle de bain est assez mal foutue on l’inonde à la moindre douche et ne compter pas avoir de l'eau très chaude non plus ! Avoir une petite cuisine c'est bien mais offrir une ou deux bouteille d'eau ne serait pas du luxe est cela fait toujours plaisir.

Accueil satisfaisant. Petit déjeuner en buffet, bons produits.Café à revoir.

Hotel très bien situé pour assister à un concert au Zenith. Le personnel est souriant, chaleureux et serviable. La chambre est grande, lumineuse et bien décorée. Idem pour la salle de bain. Bonne isolation des chambres.

Our group enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of this establish for 19 days during COP21.The staff were courteous, professional and attentive to our needs. They were patient and friendly at all times and responsive and on call 24/4. It was very obvious to us that all staff had been well trained, they were well presented and made us feel welcome our entire stay. Our compliments to Suite Home and to hotel manager for the impeccable staff, accommodation and food we shared there.I will most definitely be returning, furthermore I will be suggesting Suite Home to friends, family and business colleagues traveling to France.Truly a most memorable stay.

Situé proche des salles de concert tels que le zénith. 7mn pour le métro foche et 15 mn pour porte de pantin.

Little studio with sofa bed instead of bed. Had little kitchen and fridge microwave. Kettle and tea and coffee. It has plates and cutlery and all necessary for cooking. There is train just outside the hotel and metro is 6 mins away. Its good option if you are attending a concert at Zenith. Two negatives-smell of smoke in the room and no English chanells on tv

Très bel hôtel.personnel agréable. Chambre au top. Literie confortable. Je le recommande vraiment

The room smells like a mixture of smoke/must/cat and the bed is just a pull out couch which is needless to say quite uncomfortable. All of the towels provided in the bathroom (like 6 towels) feel crusty... that makes me uneasy. And they smell musty. Overall just not at all what we were expecting, it’s cheap yeah but we stayed in a superrrr nice Airbnb in London for the same price. Not impressed.

Petits appartement en location, très bien équipés, Salle de bain, coin cuisine, coin bureau, personnel très compétant, petit déjeuné manque de choix pour les gourmands comme moi, Parking Difficile !

My friend and I booked this hotel for a 7night stay and had to do this review because of how terrible the staff are.On monday about 11am we were shocked to find that the water wasn't running. Called reception n they said that they had put notices @reception saying that there would be no water 10am-6pm for a week! When we returned the previous night sunday, there was no one @reception n d entrance was left open risking everyone in d hotel, so we wouldn't have approached the desk to read such a notice. We asked what would be done so we could take shower, he said we could take a shower in his house! Why would I pay for a hotel if i want to go to ur house for a shower? We asked to speak to the manager, he asked us to come down to reception, on getting there there was a huge crowd. Returned later in the evening and the two staff were very rude, at no point did any one apologise, they kept repeating the notice was out there. Now we saw a notice in the elevator dated 17th March, (assuming it wasn't put after this episode), written in French! They speak English, how convenient. If it was there on the 17th, means they could have told us when we checked in on the 23rd! We spoke to the manager who was equally rude and said we could write reviews if we liked. Went up to the room and saw flooding of the corridors cos people must have left their taps on when the water wasn't flowing, meaning people were affected seeking water but finding none! Today i tried 2get back to the hotel after 6 so there'd be water, turned on the tap at 6.50pm, no water! No apology, no hospitality!
