I agree with the previous comments that this is the worst tax refund place. They keep your money and they don’t reply on the emails. When you send them the email again by mentioning tax federal authority , they reply immediately and put you on hold and saying just wait, we will escalate it and then disappear again.It has been two months since I left EU. Global Blue sent me money back long time ago and huge amount compared to you.I mentioned by email that I have the form validated by customs with the stamp, I kept my boarding pass, I can send you the stamp from my passport that I left EU and I confirmed that I did not exchange or refunded my goods. The physical form was sent by mail from the airport too.What else do you need?Does it mean that you want to keep money for yourself? I am sure 90% people don’t follow up because they are very busy but I am for justice and honesty first of all. It should be fair, right?

The worst detaxe service in the world.. i have been waiting for my refund for 2 months , 2 months after they received confirmation stamps from the customs i wrote them so many times called went there the only answer they had for me is yes its not normal you should receive your money after one month maximum the only thing you can do is harrass us" by email. Please somebody tell me if its normal? I dont know which is worst begging for my money or harass us by email"
