Anita Tissier Photography | Lavender Fields

Anita and her husband met us in the lavender fields of Provence for a gorgeous sunset shoot. They were so kind and engaging, but also dedicated to getting the shots quickly - sunlight doesn’t last forever. She did a remarkable job guiding us to perfect highs and dips in the fields to frame out our shots perfectly. It’s always helpful to have guidance for poses in the moment and they were right there to offer that. She and her husband have an infectious energy that really set a positive tone for the shoot as well. I would love the opportunity to have them as photographers again in the future!

Anita and her husband were absolutely AMAZING! This is one of my favorite experiences ever and we will always remember it! The picnic was so so well curated and they are SO thoughtful with every little detail! We had such a blast. The photos turned out so beautifully!!! My fiancee and I decided to engage Anita and Jean Claude for our our pre-wedding photoshoot and we had a wonderful experience. Anita was very responsive and helpful with all of our queries regarding lavender season and her service was great. They were also great in guiding us for poses during the shoot itself, and the overall experience felt very comfortable and seamless despite us only meeting them for the first time during the shoot itself. I had an amazing experience on my travels getting to shoot with Anita and Jean-Claude. They’re warm and welcoming and everything feels like it comes naturally. The shoot was great fun and they took some brilliant shots capturing some beautiful moments. What I appreciated the most was that they checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with the types of shots being captured and offered to change the angles or scenes to suit my preferences. The shots were amazing and I was having a great time, so yes, was very stoked. What a powerful combination, they really are a dream team. Beautiful escapes, golden hour of sun. We booked her for a session at the lavender valley during lavender season. I wish I could have given her more stars. Ever since I booked my session with her, not only did she keep me updated with all the developments in the lavender field due to weather, but also shared lesser known places to visit in Provence. Both her and her husband Jean-Claude did a great job. They are very soft spoken, professional and punctual. Kept our preferences in mind, and took the photos exactly how we wanted. Couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking for a photographer in Provence, look no more. Anita and Jean-Claude should be your first and only choice! ♥️

My partner and I had the most fun, fluid, natural feeling photo shoot we’ve ever had with Anita and Jean-Claude in a lavender field— I wish we had more time with them for a picnic or extended hang! Leading up to the shoot Anita was incredibly on top of communicating and offering options for us, keeping a flexible schedule to accommodate our travels. If you’re thinking about booking her, just do it— we have once in a lifetime photos of a bucket list item for me (Provence lavender), and she and Jean-Claude are super organized, punctual, and fun to shoot with :) I hope our paths cross again!

I love to get pictures taken professionally. I have had them taken in Europe, Costa Rica, US etc etc. I had booked for a session in lavender fields 6/2023, I can say without any reservations that my experience with Anita and her husband was above and beyond! They are such a great team, one gives us ideas on poses and the other snaps away. We felt very comfortable and so the smiles and laughter was spontaneous and not forced at all. The turnaround time on getting pictures was quick. The images are sooo pretty! I highly recommend this team!Sonia

My mom and I had the best experience with Anita and Jean-Claude! The location was incredible as were Anita and Jean-Claude. We started the session with a picnic with local produce and wine and then went on to the photo session part of the experience. My mom and I have never had pictures taken professionally so we were a little nervous, but Anita and Jean-Claude put us at ease! Anita was also super flexible as our the airline lost our luggage and we weren't sure if it was going to arrive in time with our clothes for the shoot. Anita and Jean-Claude also stayed in touch and gave us personalized non-touristy recommendations based on our itinerary for the next few days. In short, if you're thinking of booking this experience, absolutely do it! It'll be the highlight of your trip and you'll have pictures full of memories for years to come.
