Une wedding planner avec beaucoup de bienveillance, d'un soutien sans faille. Elle répond toujours présente, même en cas de difficulté. Les invités ont beaucoup aimé l'avoir à leur côté le jour du mariage, nous n'avons eu que des retours positifs de la famille et des amis.Elle a contribué à rendre cette journée spéciale.Je recommande!

We hired Camille in February and began planning with her in early March. We recently fired Camille mid August and are very disappointed in her services due to her unresponsiveness. We have not had a scheduled meeting/call with Camille since May 3rd and the last modification that was made to our online access by her was on April 19th when she uploaded our videographer information. The last three months Camille has been unresponsive and not transparent with our timeline.She has not tried to push the process forward, rather we have had to reach out to her several times to get a response. She has added stress in the wedding processand is not enthusiastic.She has told us we were wasting her time by making her do a tour at a venue. For another venue, we arranged a video call with her and the venue to tour the venue on live video. Camille was late to tour and her phone was uncharged. She told us she could not do the video chat because her phone was about to die. We had to ask the venue coordinator to allow Camille to use her phone so we would be able to see the venue. The coordinator also told us we had very limited time to see the venue through video because Camille was late. We ended up not seeing every room in the venue. We found this experience to be very unprofessional.We later told Camille we were willing to work with a venue in April and had learned of the miscommunication between them both about their ability to work with us. Camille then sent us a long message out of nowhere and appeared frustrated. There she told us that she charged a low fee for us for her wedding planning services and started complaining about all the work she has done for us. Camille had come up with the price for her wedding services, so we were shocked that she was unappreciative of what we had paid her for. We then had a meeting in April to talk to Camille about the long text she sent us and express our disappointment about it. She called me aggressive in the meeting. I told her that is a terrible word to call a black woman in America. She then proceeded after the meeting to block both my access and my fiancé’s access to our wedding planning platform online, which is in violation of our contract. We had to contact her twice for me and my fiancé to regain access. She still denies doing this, but it is not a coincidence that both of us lost access to our planning services the day of our call with her.We have had to take a lot of initiative in the wedding planning process and have not received much guidance on the next steps or our progress in planning. For example, we requested several times for her to review the contract for our photographer. Additionally, to try to speed up the process because of delays in contacting our videographer, we asked her to move forward with catering. She refused and said she only does one vendor at a time and would not proceed with catering until we selected our videographer. Mid July we requested a meeting with Camille for August 1st she told us she’d meet with us on August 8th or 9th. We were on vacation that time period but agreed to make ourselves available and sent her several texts to confirm the meeting time. On August 8th, the day we planned to meet, she messaged us that she could not meet till August 17th or 18th. This would be a period of four weeks that she has delayed our wedding planning.. Despite her empty promises to post catering information for several weeks she still did not. It was unfair for us to continue like this, we are from overseas. Planning a destination wedding needs good communication, transparency, and flexibility. We have tried for a long time to make it work with her, but it is not possible. We are disappointed about the money and time we lost in the process.

Bien amont de la coordination, elle a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous guider dans l'organisation. Elle a su nous conforter dans nos choix et créer un événement qui corresponde parfaitement à notre vision. Elle a toujours été investie et disponible pour toutes questions ou demande de rendez-vous. Ca a été un réel plaisir de travailler avec elle en amont du mariage et d'avoir une coordinatrice professionnelle le jour du mariage. Elle nous a rassuré, a été présente pour nous à chaque instant et ça nous a permis d'être sereins sur la réussite de notre mariage et d'avoir tout sous contrôle. Nous avons pu vivre pleinement notre journée et être dans le moment et l'émotion. Merci Camille pour ta générosité, ta patience, ta bienveillance, ton sourire, ton souci du détail et ton professionnalisme. Cette journée était magique ! Nous recommandons Camille sans réserve !
