Maxime and Julie are the most wonderful hosts, very responsive, welcoming and helpful. Full of great tips about the best champagne houses and how to spend our time wisely. Honestly the best hosts the four of us have ever had! Their apartment is amazing and just as photos show. It is a perfect central location but very also very quiet. Inside is decorated beautifully with comfy beds and great bathrooms and kitchen facilities. They have obviously put a lot of thought into it. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will be back I am sure!

Un lieu exceptionnel. Julie et Max ont mis tout leur cœur afin de faire de cet appartement une bulle enchantée, avec des prestations de très grande qualité : literie, décoration, équipement, propreté. Tout est pensé pour que vous n'emmeniez rien d'autre que vos vêtements dans la valise. Il suffit simplement de se laisser porter par la magie du lieu. Je pourrais lister tout ce que l'appartement vous propose, mais je n'ai pas assez de place et les photos parlent d'elles mêmes.Le plus: vue sur la cathédrale, la nuit c'est splendide.Vous êtes au centre mais néanmoins au calme. Tout se fait à pieds.Julie et Max sont très arrangeants, réactifs, pleins de bons conseils et vraiment gentils. Accueil au champagne ;)Bref, un coup de cœur. Allez y les yeux fermés

A diamond amongst champagneBooked late notice for two nights after a cancellation from a hotel on booking.com I was nervous as was an apartment not a hotel.The accessibility/engagement with the owners was excellent. Very quick responses to any questions & clear information on arrival process.Met by Max on arrival we were much later than originally planned but this was no issue. A very thorough walk around the apartment followed (more of later).Max then insisted on showing us best option for dinning late and helped with parking.Left on our own we had opportunity to explore what can only be described as a gem of an apartment.Two bedrooms at either end, one with a walk-in shower and basin; a perfectly fitted galley kitchen with fridge-freezer, wine fridge and oven; a huge master bathroom/wet room with a jacuzzi bath big enough to fit a rugby team; a balcony with a view of the cathedral; a dining/formal room with a table and tv; an entrance hall with beautiful tile floor which includes a secret door to a sauna big enough for 4/5.This description just doesn’t do it justice. The apartment was simply perfect, attention to detail was everywhere from the coffee machine in the kitchen to the towels and robes in abundance.To top it all, Max & Julie insisted on providing a personal welcome to the apartment which was a most generous and lovely surprise.To sit in the bath sipping champagne was simply wonderful.Yes it’s an old building so it has a few squeaks, no it doesn’t have aircon - but the bricks retain the coolness throughout the day. yes it’s in the centre of town so has some street noise - but when you are 100m from the cathedral I dare you to find anything better.None of these detracts from an incredible experience.Part of me wants to say nothing about this adorable place because I want it all for myself, but that won’t work - this apartment needs to be shared.
