Not impressed. Nearly 3 hrs to get one pallet loaded. Arrived just as they were going onto lunch (one hour) then got sent round the corner to the other warehouse for which it seemed to be a training day for the office personnel.If collecting wine go to the warehouse and office with no signage outside it.Helpful eh.
