Le Hameau du Kashmir

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille au Hameau du Kashmir.Un service et des prestations au top. L'accès gratuit à la piscine, le spa, et la salle de sport sont un véritable bonus lorsque le temps n'est pas favorable aux activités extérieures ou après une bonne journée de randonnée.Toute la famille a approuvé et recommandé vivement !

Séjour fin août. Le supplément vue de 100€ est une pure arnaque. Nous avons eu vue sur les poubelles et le parking. Nous avons sympathisé avec une autre famille logée dans le même couloir que nous qui n'avait pas payé ce supplément et avait une vraie vue dégagée sur les montagnes. Le service client a répondu à notre réclamation en écrivant qu'à partir du moment où l'on voyait un bout de montagne c'était considéré comme un supplément vue.En PJ vue de la chambre et du balcon.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, aimable, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Rien à dire sur l'appartement: tout était Ok. 2 salles de bain, c'est évidemment un plus.Piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, salle de sport: parfait.La très grande terrasse est superbe ! Un régal pour se détendre, prendre l'apéritif ou lire au soleil.Ce fut un séjour très, très agréable. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Truly wonderful. Suites are great. Perfect size for a family. Pool and Jacuzzi/hot tub very nice and both allow kids. Sauna just for adults of course. Restaurant great quality. Half board option doesn't have huge choice (2 options for each course each day) but quality is outstanding. With some negotiation was able to get kids other things from the menu. Access to piste excellent. Hotel is a few mins walk from town centre. Perhaps too far but really not a problem. We have loved our time here and thank the staff for their wonderful service.

Firstly, I must say that my experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Yashianna, who went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful architecture and luxurious amenities. The spa was a particular highlight, offering a wide range of treatments and services that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I also appreciated the fact that the spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that helped me to unwind.Another standout feature of this hotel was the breakfast. The selection of food was impressive, with a range of options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The quality of the food was also excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors that made each morning a pleasure.Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway, with exceptional service from a wonderful host, then this is the perfect place for you. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were very happy to be able to book three days at Kashmir before moving to accommodation we had moved with friends. It did not disappoint. The location is very convenient-truly ski in, ski out and only a short walk up the hill to town. We had a great balcony, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast with many choices. All of the staff was super friendly. We will stay again.

Séjour de ski en Avril. L'hôtel est facile à trouver à l'entrée de la station, nous avions réservé un parking. Ce dernier est souterrain, facile d'accès et suffisamment spacieux pour permettre le stationnement de véhicule de grande taille. Accueil très cordial, personnel disponible et souriant. L'appartement est tel que décrit sur le site, bien équipé, la literie est assez confortable et l'insonorisation n'est plutôt efficace. Vue sur la station comme requis, vue superbe d'ailleurs. Les appartements par contre mériteraient un rafraichissement, on voit qu'ils commencent à dater un peu au niveau de la peinture en particulier. Confort OK sinon, pas d'autre fausse note. Hôtel ski au pied comme décrit donc très confortable, possibilité de louer le matériel directement dans l'hôtel ce qui est très appréciable (location faite au préalable lors de la réservation, matériel en bon état, de qualité, personnel très attentif également). L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'un spa. Nous avions pris également la formule petits déjeuners : l'endroit est très sympa, vue sur les pistes, petit déjeuner type continental bien fourni, ingrédients de qualité, personnel également très disponible, pour le prix dans la normale, on ne le regrette pas ! Au total, nous y retournerons très volontiers tant les bons côtés contre balancent les quelques menus inconvénients qui tiennent à l'âge de la structure. Merci à vous tous !!

Stayed here at the last week of the ski season (Dutch week) and it's simply a superb place to stay.Our apartment was very good (especially the fact it had 2 bathrooms). The location is very good, a short walk to supermarket and the center of town and directly on the piste plein du sud.The heated ski lockers and the the Spa (sauna's and hot tub) are awesome.We also very much enjoyed the wood deck next to the piste where we enjoyed sitting in the sun with our own food and drinks (the restaurant was closed).Definitely recommend staying here
