I can’t be certain if this is the worst garage , however their service went downhill after a change in management.I had been a satisfied customer for many years , when I developed an intermittent starting problem in my Passat .The garage diagnosed the immobiliser needed changing . There had been no other indication that the immobiliser has failed , but the garage informed me this was the cause of the intermittent problem . So I paid for a replacement Immobiliser.The problem remained after this work and I then paid to have the Passat recovered to Duhau when it next occurred.The garage then informed me the problem was hairline cracks in the cylinder head and would cost 3000 euros to replace .I asked what would happen if the problem persisted . I was informed it would definitely be the cylinder head .I accepted the diagnosis , and telephoned to book the car in .I was then told , replacing the cylinder head couldn’t be done and the whole engine needed to be replaced at 8000 euros .I checked that this didn’t include starter motor , alternator other ancillaries etc etc, and was informed no , they would not be included .At this stage I had lost confidence and then approached a local Renault garage .They quickly diagnosed an issue with an air leak around the fuel filter housing , and fixed the problem for 300 euros .I have not had an issue with this for over 2 years now .I asked Duhau for a refund of the cost of wrongly replacing my immobiliser and they refused , I even called one of the directors and he confirmed that he would not consider refunding me .I will never go back to this company as I don’t believe they are intersted in accurate diagnosis , they seem to just keep replacing parts and hoping that one of them will cure the issues .It should be noted that if Duhau had replaced the engine at 8000 euros , the problem with the fuel filter housing would still be there and I would have spent 8000 euros unnecessarily.I don’t like leaving poor reviews , however , I think it important to share my experience.

Service très médiocre voire même inexistant, il ne semble pas avoir à coeur la satisfaction de leur client. Je ne recommande pas.

Très bon accueil. Personnels très aimables et compétents, à l'écoute du client et bienveillant. Très bon conseil de la part de la propriétaire de la concession pour l achat d un véhicule d'occasion. Très bonne équipe au garage, prix réparations très abordables. Je recommande. Toujours un très bon choix de voitures neuves et d'occasion.Réparation rapide et le garage vous appelle pour le montant des devis et quand le véhicule est prêt.
