We had a great experience in France with renting bikes for self-guided tours. Rob was very helpful in delivering the bikes to us and picking them up. (The directions were a little complicated, so it was good to have GPS to help guide us as well!) He was very accommodating and friendly and the bikes were good quality and fun to ride. Would highly recommend this experience.

Canal du midi by electric bike.Wonderful 5 day trip along Canal du Midi tow path. Rob provided us with excellent bikes that were a pleasure to cycle. He personally tested each bike before hire. He delivered the bikes to our hotel in Carcassonne and collected them at the end of our trip in Sete. Couldn't recommend highly enough. 5* for service and value.

Wij deden een mooie fietstocht via Moulin Neuf naar Mirepoix en Camon. Heel handig dat we werden gebracht en gehaald op het start/eindpunt. Perfecte organisatie, plannetje in orde met tips om te lunchen of te picknicken, fietsen in orde, ... Kortom een aanrader.

We had a wonderful day of biking along the Voie Verte with e-bikes from Vel’Aude. Rob was super patient and kind and helped us get fitted to our bikes, including making some special adjustments to our bikes. He really knows the area and it’s clear that he is passionate about cycling and enjoys sharing his passion with others. It was a big plus that he delivered and picked up the bikes making it very convenient and hassle free. We will definitely rent bikes with Rob and try out some of his other routes the next time we’re in the area.

Bravo! These folks delivered really nice ebikes to our house (on time) and picked them up after our ride. My husband and I are avid cyclists, and it's always a concern when we have guests from out of town who don't ride like we do. Because we love to show people our area by bicycle. We have recently discovered this terrific rental company that does ebike tours as well. Today five of us with different skill levels were able to ride together on a beautiful loop in the Aude. It was a superb experience in every way. Thank you Rob Vriend!
