Dr Claire LESENECHAL

Would give her zero stars if I could. If you speak English, stay away unless you want the rudest experience with a doctor in your life. Went in and was seen 45 minutes late, was then rushed through my appointment. When I asked her to declare herself as my médecin traitant she lied to my face and told me that doesn’t happen on the first visit (something I contested because while my French isn’t fluent I understand the healthcare system but she still refused). I then told her that I had been hit by a scooter, hurt my ankle and had to go to the ER a while back but my ankle was still hurting. Her response? Oh I’m sure it’s fine. Same answer when I said my throat had been sore for two weeks and asked her to check it since I have chronic bronchitis. To top it all off when I asked for refills on my inhaler and birth control, I told her which compositions my body doesn’t agree with and I can’t take and she still prescribed them to me saying “they’re different in France” or just ignoring me altogether when I asked her to change. I was then rushed out of her office before I could keep pushing for more. Worst experience ever and now I’m scrambling to figure out how to get new medication before my current ones run out and a médecin traitant.

Dr Lesenechal est très professionnelle, passionnée par son métier et se préoccupe de ses patients. C'est de très loin le meilleur médecin que j'ai consulté.
