The studio is beautiful and both Nina and Lara, the instructors are very motivating with good advice to make the most of your classes! I have already been to several classes, including Reformer Flow and Reformer Core & Booty, a true preference for Flow which help to strengthen the entire body.

Simply amazing! Impeccable atmosphere and music. I took part in the burn class and it was for sure the best reformer pilates class i've done so far, the teacher was extremely experienced, and attentive and knew how to motivate!
