I just finished my YTT with Mariza and its an experience I would recommend a 1000 times to anyone who would like to deepen their practice/wants to become a yoga teacher ! Mariza is an amazing teacher who shares with passion and heart all she knows about yoga practice, philosophy, anatomy, adjusting etc. She created a safe space for us to learn and to grow as yoga students and teachers. I truly felt supported, she gave a particular attention to every students and was really present to answer our questions. Plus the view from the studio is stunning which made every practice even more enjoyable.Thank you again Mariza for everything ! Its an experience I will never forget !

The one month training with Mariza was the best month in my young life. Learning about teaching yoga in this place was magical. I only wish to go back in time and be there again, admiring the breathtaking view! I go on learning on my own with the wise words of Mariza echoing in my head. I warmly recommend to book with her!

Superbe expérience enrichissante ! Mariza enseigne théorie et pratique d'une manière adaptée pour ses étudiants. Sérieux mais décontracté, Intense mais à l'écoute des besoins des étudiants, Apprentissage de l'anatomie mais aussi de ses émotions. Comme dans le Yoga tout est question d'équilibre, que Mariza a bien trouvé dans sa façon d'enseigner. Elle sait transmettre sa passion pour le yoga. Je recommande vivement ses cours et ses 200h de YTT.

I was lucky enough to follow my yoga teacher training with Mariza. She is a competent, kind and patient teacher who passes on her knowledge with passion.Practice, philisophy, anatomy, the training covers all aspects of yoga. The method is demanding, requires a lot of personal investment and self-improvement, but the result is more than up to the task!Mariza lays the seed of self-confidence and cultivates it throughout the teacher training, so that at the end of the training, one can start teaching without fear.Moreover, Mariza remains available after the teacher training for any questions you may have as a young teacher.What about the framework of the training? J'ai participé au yoga teacher training de Mars 2021 avec Mariza, je recommande à 1000% !! Mariza est une professeure incroyable ! Très pédagoge et compétante, elle a su me transmettre énormément, toujours attentionnée envers ses élèves, elle sait mettre en confiance. J'ai vécu une expérience de dingue pendant les trois semaines du training. Très intense, mille merci Mariza, tellement heureuse d'avoir pu croiser ton chemin ! Sans compter le lieu magnifique, aux pieds de l'aiguille du midi et du mont blanc, une chance merveilleuse de pratique dans ce cadre :)

I did the yoga teacher training with Mariza in September 2020 and it was an amazing experience! Mariza really teaches from her heart and inspires with her whole way of being. I'm so grateful for this experience and I would recommend everyone who wants a change in their life's and a deepening of their yoga practice to do the teacher training with Mariza and let the magic happen. For me it's a magic place and I guess, a lot of journeys started here. Never would have thought I'd feel so encouraged to become a teacher after the training. But now, few months after the training, I'm giving online yoga classes and I feel very prepared by this great training!
