Very nice butcher, where they really take the time for you as customer. Not expensive, while delivering great quality meat of all sorts.Thank you for the ribs!! They were absolute delicious on the BBQ at Lazy Duck.

This is a fabulous farm shop. The owners, Andrew and Isobel, raise their own animals, for butchering in the British tradition. Their meat is some of the very best I've had in France. They have just the very best beef, lamb and pork, delicious sausages, Lorne sausage, and home cured bacon and a stunning selection of home baked pies, bridies, sausage rolls, scotch pies and so much more.They have a Facebook page where you can put in your order and they deliver to several towns around the region.Well worth a trip out. The farm shop is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.I do not live in their catchment" area

the best place to buy quality free range meat in the vienne. Scottish style.considering the awful practices of crating and indoor industrial agrifarming of livestock still permitted in EUROPE & the UK this is a precious jewel.Eat less meat.Buy it here.Mangeons moins du viandeL'achetons ici.

First visit to Monty butcher. Won't be the last! 2 haggis bought plus a couple of other products and came away a happy lady. Husband was also happy with the meat! Being a vegetarian, it's not an easy comment to make, but cannot praise highly enough!

First class meat. We bought beef, lamb, pork and some pies. We haven't eaten all of it yet but, it looks beautiful meat and those pieces we have tried were delicious. The service was excellent and we will be going back for our big meat shop! Highly recommended.
