It used to be very good...but recent experience is terribly bad. Quality degraded a lot over the last few years.Avoid if possible

Very bad experience. I called to request quotation for translation and then emailed 4 documents for reconfirming quotation for French to English translation. Each time I was told it's 30€ per document, any type of apostilled document (and 15€ for non apostilled). When I reached at the shop, for 2 documents, the person asked for a higher price. He said that the price he quoted was per page and not per document whereas in the email, it was clearly written that it's per document. However, one document had only one page, so I asked why are you charging higher price. The person replied that he is referring to the number of pages after translation and he can't tell how many pages that would be, 2-3 ...these are not standard documents etc. This was totally opposite to what I was told by mail and phone - an unfair practice, essentially tripling the quote given. Furthermore, the other document had 3 pages but a very standard document. When I highlighted this, he changed his mind and said yes , for this one, may be it will be 2 or 3 but he still can't commit. This is very surprising for a very standard document that such shop must have translated multiple times. When I insisted on the fact that he gave me the quote by email (I showed the mail on my phone), the person started to check his email and then claimed that he never got the scanned documents and said what I was showing on my phone wasn't a real sent email !!!..Not to mention that he still could see that what he wrote was 30€ per document and not page and that he never mentioned anything about counting final translated pages... Additional elements of non-professionalism of the shop: no opening hours were indicated. It wasn't open at 10, many people were waiting outside without any clue of when it would open. When the shop finally opened, the person asked each person the purpose of their visit. At least I was lucky there as I was called in first. Although I wonder why 4 people who came before me had to wait for longer... So, please stay away and find another alternative for translation.

They don't deserve even one star just for the sake of adding review I am giving one star. I have given 2 documents to translate , guy asked me to comeback on certain date , I went there after 2 days of that date , the guy actually started translation in front of me and that also keeping me waiting for 15 mins. They are very unprofessional and behaviour is very bad. I will never come back and won't recommend anyone.

I don't want to come back to that Traducteur, the staff is not friendly, they are not nice to speak to the client, no proper behavior, to the staff and personnel in THAIMAN be nice and talk friendly we are all strangers in france
