Monaco is one of the rarest and most amazing places on earth. Hotel Forum is its best kept secret. If you want to see the greatest concentration of wealth on the planet cheaply, this is the best option their is. As modest as it may be in size, the service, cleanliness, and rooftop views are still at the Monaco standard (meaning a star above the rest of the world). It's family run by a group of the nicest French/Italian/English speaking Monacans, and is even right by a grocery store. Would definitely come back!

5 minute walk from the station, although up hill, giving easy access down to the main marina. Rooms clean and nice. Great roof terrace with lovely views down to the marina and up to the hills. Would stay again

Fabulous location just a few streets from Monaco, but at a France price! Also able to park on the street on a meter if you are really lucky! Very clean and comfortable rooms with air con, WiFi and....a bath! Great for a long hot soak after climbing all the steps in Monaco! Staff friendly and breakfast included. Also has roof terrace with wonderful views. A great place to stay.

The hotel is not expensive compared to what you pay in Monaco. Good price for location, friendly staff. I would give the staff at the front desk - Mario - 5 stars . *****. He was very kind and gentle. Nice Hotel. Good for visiting Monte Carlo. Train station is 8 min by feet. Very close for any trips. I recommend it

Hôtel très bien situé juste à côté de la gare et de l'arrêt de bus. Petit déjeuner copieux, Personnel super sympa, rapport qualité prix au top. Et le petit plus la terrasse panoramique avec une jolie vue sur Monaco. On y reviendra avec plaisir.

-no tea/coffee/kettle in the room (however I asked the staff and they gave it to me for a couple of days)-not even 1 bottle of water which is a standard nowadays-huge odour in the toilet, it was literally not possible to use the bathroom at all and I had to open the window even tho it was +39°C outside- really tiny bathroom, there was maybe 20cm of space between a toilet seat and a cabinet, so every time when peeing/ pooping I had to sit sidewards!!! It was definitely less leg space than in wizzair/ryanair so u can imagine- the soap and shower gel was not filled up when I arrived-the room was dirty in general. I had dirty feet after walking barefoots around the room, there was crumbs and hair on the floor so only the bed was fresh after I arrived on the 1st day-bed was really uncomfortable, definalety too soft. I was falling inside of the bed, the pillows were flat-the fridge was very miserable and water was leaking from it- far away from city centre, also if you want to go to the port hercule you need to hike like 30 min to the hotel because it's located on the top of the mountain- you can hear everything from the rooms next to you (I will try to upload a video here)- the shower handle was turning off by itself (something was broken there) so I could only use rain shower-wifi was disconnecting every time I left the hotel and it didn't remember the user so you need to put the password thousand times during your stay. Also the speed of internet was bad...- hair dryer from middle ages (also broken -a pipe was falling out)- not much choice on the breakfast. There was no vegetables at all, no scrambled eggs, no baked beans... the only choice for me was 1 type of ham and cheese with bread and pain au chocolate so if you're vegetarian there's nothing for you apart from yoghurt or sweet bakery and boiled egg- the lift was suspicious, I had a feeling its gonna fall down because it was bouncing after stopping on the specific floor+:-price (even tho it's still expensive for us, East -Europeans)+ staff is really helpful and friendly and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 to this hotel...To sum it up, this hotel needs a lot of renovation... I recommend taking airbnb instead in the same price

Bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel est proche de la gare de Monaco, les chambres sont bonnes et le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon.

Vraiment une excellente expérience. Le personnel est très sympathique. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Monaco, où les bus passent régulièrement et permettent d'aller rapidement d'un bout à l'autre de la ville. Très bon petit déjeuner, très complet. Il faut aussi rendre hommage au chef Pino qui réalise d'excellentes pizzas !
