very unprofessional,Rude on the phone, I called 3 times, they closed the line twice the 3rd time the lady said if I hang on you before talking it means I don't wanna talk,That can be a sign for your services in logistics,For a transport company you still need years of customer service mindset,0 star for the reply,0 star for the approachTrust me if i could rate you 0 starts i would be doing that
