If I could give zero stars I would. This man was by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He checked our rigging 2 years ago and it still angers me to this day. To sum up our experience, he turned up an hour late, complained and shouted at us for 30 minutes and charged us €700 for the privalege. Genuinely just eyeballed our rig, did a bit of tuning, insisted it was older than it was, even though we had documents saying it was new and then left. He also left some documents on our boat and demanded we bring it to him. All up, one of the nastiest people I have ever met. I hope that you never have to deal with him.
