E.Leclerc Location

I have rented cars in many countries many times, and four times from E. Leclerc in Hennebont and the personnel is the most efficient I’ve ever seen anywhere. Particularly Christelle but also her workmates have everything ready when you pick up the car, so process goes very fast. They are thorough, professional, and very kind. I like also the company, I have rented cars from E. Leclerc in other French cities and the price and service are very good. I had a problem with one car once but I do not think they were to blame, and in any case, they solved the problem rapidly, and really ran the extra mile to find me another car. When I visit another French city, E. Leclerc is typically my first option to rent a car. My only hope is that I find such professional personnel like in the Hennebont store.

Jamais déçu

Aujourdhui, 12 décembre 2022, 10 minutes d'attente par deux fois et personne au bout du fil pour une location de véhicule. Je pense qu'il vaut mieux se déplacer... dommage !

Reçu très agréablement , cela fait du bien quand on a sa voiture en fourrière.
