RDV téléphonique avec le directeur de l'agence début août, il m'a très bien conseillée sur les différents points évoqués et s'est montré très disponible. Je l'ai recontacté quelques jours plus tard en raison d'un bug sur l'application Société Générale, il a été très réactif et a résolu mon problème en un clin d'oeil. Merci bcp !

Plusieurs années très satisfaisantes!Mais depuis l'arrivée d'un nouveau directeur, la relation avec la clientèle est très déplorable.Malhonnêteté et stratégies pour satisfaire leurs tranquillité. Certains membre de l'équipe manque cruellement de sérieux!Je ne recommande pas cette agence.

This is one of the worst banks I have ever used in France. They have a high turn over of staff and the advisors NEVER responds to emails via their website or letters. They will charge you fees for no reason and call it account management. The advisor that I had the most problems with Mme. H. C was such a B. She would try and sell you anything just to get some commission and get angry if you say no and even talk about you in front of you to her co-worker, covering her face with a a piece of paper to hide. Even a few of her own co-workers had problems with her. I joined is bank 20 yrs ago because it was classy, respectable and have services in German, English and Spanish. Today it has lower standards than La Poste Bank.
