I had the opportunity to dine at the Prince de Galles for an occasion. The dishes were very good and very fresh. A bottle of champagne was included with the chosen formula. Small details such as the checkroom service and the quiet opening of the champagne are so palatial. The decor is refined and modern. A good atmosphere, good service and a good dinner. I'd recommend it.J'ai eu l'occasion de diner au Prince de Galles pour une occasion. Les petits plats mitonés étaient très bons et très frais. Une bouteille de champagne accompagnait la formule choisie. Des petits détails comme la prise en charge au vestiaire, l'ouverture du champagne sans bruit sont so palace. La décoration est raffinée et moderne. Une bonne ambiance un bon service et un bon dîner. Je recommande.

Nous avons partagé un excellent moment grâce à toute l Equipe du bar 19.20 surtout avec Avijit Barua qui nous a très bien accueilli et renseigne.Le brunch est excellent, la salle très bien décorée.Expérience délicieuse et agréable.Merci, nous reviendrons.

The receptionist service was not good at all. The card key was not working and we wasted our time but they don’t apologize and a number of questions for validation.Breakfast staff is not professional at all. They forgot to offer menu, the tea we’ve ordered… ouch.It’s clear they wanted to say size difference in this slipper but it’s so obvious it shouldn’t be ‘Men’ and ‘Women’!

As a top tier member of this hotel's membership program, I'd think they would show appreciation for loyalty by, at the very least, having the room ready at THEIR stated check in time which is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm and the room was still not ready. After a long flight, this is unacceptable. They gave us a free drink while waiting but I just want my room. Also, the ac doesnt cool the room. This is not luxury. Sleeping in a hot room while giving your money to them for that privilege is just crazy. The positives are the location and the staff at breakfast were good. First day a bit disorganized but it improved after. If they dont treat their best customers well, imgaine how they will treat everyone else.

Stayed the first week of August with my wife and three teenage kids. We booked two rooms on points and were upgraded to a larger suite without even asking. Whole staff was very friendly and the manager during our stay went out of her way to make sure everything was going well with our stay. I stayed in Paris many times and can honestly say if you like the location it is one of the best hotels in Paris.

Une cours fleurie et cachée. Des délicieux tapas et cocktails et surtout j’étais en belle compagnie. J’ai eu le droit à mon cocktail sur mesure.

Très bel hôtel. Nous avons fait le brunch qui est vraiment exceptionnel. Fruits de mer, sushis et sashimis, charcuteries fruits et pâtisseries, salades… tout y est. Des plats inclus aussi. Service agréable et efficace. Très belle adresse !

Malheureusement extrêmement déçu par cette hotel la chambre 810 boiseries décolorés mure la tv rafistoler cable du lampadaires rafistoler au scotch poussiere partout lavabos plein de poiles bref a 2200 euros la nuit on attend mieux de cette hotelPire encore j'ai demandé un massage a mon arrivé cela est sous-traité aparament j'attends toujours qu'on me rappel pour me donné l'horaire alors pour le service il faudra repasser lenteur abusé et quand cela est fait pas de sous tase pas de serviette 1 seul choix de bierre la parisienne et bastaOu est le service a la française ?2 employés étaient bien veillantLouis et elena .

Comme toujours, extrêmement agréable, personnel réactif et à l’écoute.Nous étions cependant un peu déçu de constater que le brunch n’était pas réapprovisionné directement, mais qu’il fallait attendre un certain temps avant de pouvoir se resservir, presque 15min parfois !Pour une brunch qui coûte 1200e c’est quand même très triste.Le cadre est cependant magnifique et l’ambiance est calme mais agréable .Merci !

This incident is everything you need to know about the service you will receive at this ‘5 star’ hotel. My parents and I came down to breakfast this morning and placed an order. My 90 year old father felt unwell and left to return to his room just before our order arrived. I asked the waiter if they could please bring the dish up to his room as he had to leave because he wasn’t feeling well. The waiter informed me that to do so would cost €10 and it would be better if I took it to him myself. So, I carried an open dish of food through the lobby, elevator and hall to his room. Please be assured that the staff will do everything they can to take care of you if you are unwell, as long as they have reminded you that it will cost €10 to do so. I must congratulate management on training their staff in such a classy manner. You have outdone yourself and must be so proud.

Truly a luxury experience. Good sized rooms with a great location, near the subway to get around Paris. Everyone was super responsive and welcoming. Special shout out to Luke who took care of all of our requests and was exceptional.

I was looking for a luxury Marriott branded hotel and a friend recommended Prince de Galles. The location is good, very close to arc de triomphs and the shopping area of champ D. Before I arrived I sent some requests to the concierge with particular room type and concierge request, the respond is quite slow tbh for a hotel that costs over thousand Euro. The check in process took a while. While they upgraded me to a junior suite but they could not accommodate a room with balcony. The suite while large but it really looks just like a typical Westin suite that looks like 2 rooms separated by a door. And here comes the worse part, on my first night I was woke up by the neighbor at 5AM. They just came back from party and was loud and I called the front desk twice to complaint and was told they tried but there’s nothing else they could do besides calling police. I said do what you gotta do and nothing changed. So I sat there for over an hour with that noise in a luxury hotel. The bright side, the breakfast was good. Summary, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxury hotel.

Mon précédent avis a été supprimé donc je me permets de le poster à nouveau. Il s’agit d’une note pour un tea time réservé au mois de février 2023.Malgré un service vraiment aux petits soins, le tea time est absolument scandaleux.Pour commencer on m'appelle le jour j pour m'informer que le tarif passe de 44€ à 59€ par personne soit 177€ pour 3 personnes.Pour ce prix nous avons on a eu un chocolat chaud (excellent), 3 mini finger sandwich sans grand intérêt, et 8 petites pâtisseries À PARTAGER EN 3.L'expérience était donc totalement gâchée par l'absence de pâtisseries individuelles : devoir couper des pâtisseries déjà minuscules en plusieurs morceaux comme si nous étions entrain de jouer à la dînette est une honte !Aucune carte de thés nous a été proposé, étrange pour un tea time. Et surtout: pas de scones, pas de brioche, de confitures ...Uniquement ces petits morceaux de pâtisseries.Je mets 2 étoiles pour le service, notamment pour la gentillesse du maître d'hôtel Luis.Habituée des tea time je peux vous assurer qu'à ce prix, vous trouverez de bien meilleures expériences ailleurs.

Nous avons testé le brunch et nous avons été très agréablement surprise de part la diversité, tant par le salé que le sucré..Un remerciement spécial pour l'accueil très chaleureux et les bons conseils de Tyfany.
