A fuir. Ne prennent pas soin des tissus de qualité. Ma veste de tailleur m'a été rendue complètement lustrée. Elle a été repassée à fer trop chaud, sans pattemouille, alors que l'étiquette précisait bien qu'elle nécessitait un repassage doux.Ma veste achetée 200 euros est fichue, il y a des traces de fer brillantes partout sur les manches, le devant de la veste, les poches (on ne repasse jamais des poches, tout le monde le sais, sinon on fait des traces).une véritable catastrophe.

I was overcharged, they/she insisted I pay cash, and I was not even given a receipt. I suspect there is some tax/franchise scam here. If you do go be prepared before going (pricing, etc.).We were on an extended vacation in Europe and went here to have some clothes laundered. After going through the bag we had brought, the woman working their starting writing down some numbers. Ultimately, she asked us for about 15$ each to launder and iron some tee-shirts, then a flat rate for a small bag of clothes. We adjusted to get the price down, but with two kids along, were anxious to get on with the day. Before leaving she insisted the prices were for CASH. She never gave us a receipt or ticket. When we went to pick up the clothes she was not there and they insisted I pay. Finally, they were able to reach her and found my clothes. I am certain that they/she were overcharging me because I was a tourist and had kids in tow. Interestingly, I had noted laundry prices in the window the days before and they were gone the day we went in (I believe they were ~5euro/kg for launder and press).
