Résidence étudiante YouFirst Campus Paris 13 Tolbiac

Ça fait 2.5 ans que je suis une résidente de la résidence, c’est une résidence chère et elle censée être sécurisée, mais ce n’est pas du tout le cas. En quelques mois nous avons vécu un vol par quelqu’un qui était armée et une menace qui avait été faite également avec un arme. Nous avons fait plusieurs plaintes concernant ce sujet, mais rien n’a changé. Je déçu et mécontente, je compte me déménager bientôt.

J'ai vécu 1 an et demi ici: logement de qualité et Samuel (le manager de la résidence) est toujours disponible pour résoudre un problème ou améliorer votre séjour. Ca fait toute la différence! J'ai été très heureuse. Les prix ont augmenté post-covid, dommage... Mais je recommande vivement si c'est votre budget. La résidence est très internationale, vous vous sentirez vite chez vous :)I lived here for a year a half: quality housing, and top star manager (Samuel) has always been really helpful to solve my issues/better my stay. I've been really happy. Prices increased post-covid, a shame... But if it's your budget: go for it. Very international residence, you'll soon feel home :)

J'y ai passé mes 2 premières années à Paris et j'en suis resté très satisfait. Le gestionnaire est honnête et à l'écoute et la convivialité dans la résidence se voit maintenant améliorée. L'appartement était fourni avec des meubles modernes.La résidence est très bien placée près de la station Olympiades de la ligne 14 du métro (ou même de la station Tolbiac de la 7) et on y dispose aussi de la ligne de bus 27 et du noctilien N22, entre autres.C'est dommage que l'on ne puisse pas rester étudiant à vie, sinon je serais encore là!

I just helped my son to move in here. So far I am really impressed! Very clean and comfortable. Locked gate to enter and building manager on site during the week days. Most of the units are set back from the street, entrance from courtyard. The neighborhood is cool - lots of asian and other ethnic restaurants. I understand there was a criminal incident near here recently (per some of the reviews) but my sense was it was something that could happen in any large city, not necessarily related to the neighborhood or the building. Also the university my son attends confirmed that they feel very comfortable with the neighborhood and the building security and I know that they take these things very seriously.

Très déçu de cette résidence, les loyers sont très chers, les studios sont récupérés sales. De plus le manque de professionnalisme des employés a entraîné, des situations inacceptables. Je vous déconseille sincèrement d’y résider. A fuir !

J'ai passé la majorité de mon Erasmus à YouFirst Tolbiac, et je recommande absolument cette résidence. Par rapport aux installations, les studios sont grands et lumineux. En plus, il y a une ambiance très agréable et Samuel, le manager, est super sympa et prêt à aider. J'ai eu un problème personnel et il m'a tellement facilité les formalités.

J’y ai vécu 2 ans… de superbes rencontres, une résidence internationale, des chambres très bien agencées, un petit jardin qui est fortement apprécié en plein Paris ! Une salle de sport bien équipée même si je n’ai pas eu le courage d’y aller régulièrement ! Un système de laverie très pratique et moderne qui fonctionne avec une application ! Le carrefour en face ouvert jusqu’à 23h m’a aussi sauvé plus d’une fois ! Et la ligne 14, 6, 7 et le tram T3a ! Tout est extrêmement pratique !C’est un loyer assez élevé mais quand on fait le bilan je pense que ça les vaut.Je pars la tête remplie de bons souvenirs.

Résidence excessivement chère, des prix exorbitants, délirants même. J'espère que les actionnaires de YouFirst Campus se gavent bien avec tout cet argent parce que je vois pas comment un étudiant pourrait y vivre.

J'ai passé presque un an à la résidence Campusea, pour moi c'était devenu ma Maison. L'endroit est propre et très bien entretenu, le personnel de surveillance est toujours présente. Le gestionnaire Samuel est disponible pour quel que soit le problème. La résidence se trouve dans un endroit idéal par rapport au transport commun et aux activités commerciales et éducatives. Je recommanderais la résidence à cent pour cent.

I have been living here for 3,5 years. The first two years were great, even if the rent was a bit expensive for the apartments. The manager was amazing. He would reply fast, always was nice and would take care of your problems immediately. However, 1,5 years ago, the business running the residence changed, and the nice manager left. The rents went crazy (1300 euros for 25m), the managers changed every two months so they didn’t know all the problems in the residence and could not take care of them. But most importantly, there were no more security staying at night in the residence. This is important because the residence is next to something like a rehab center. Therefore, there are always homeless people in front of the residence’s door. I sent multiple mails about this, about outside people entering the residence and that I didn’t feel in security. But the administration couldn’t care less, they didn’t want to put security. So this week, a guy was robbed with a knife inside the residence, a man outside the door showed a gun to one of the girls living in the residence and the list goes on… I really would not recommend this residence anymore, due to the impolite management, the rent prices for really small studios, for the inexistant security… There are other residents that are in more secure places and that are cheaper and better than this.

I’ve been living here for 3 years now. The first two years were fine, we had a manager that was hearing our needs and was polite. And then the company of the residence changed so we had a new manager. Even if they meant well, we had some serious problems in the residence and they did practically nothing about it. We had and have a big security problem. At first I chose this residence because i thought it would be safer. And its been nearly 2 years that we dont have a security guard ( which we had) and the management just doesn’t care. This carelessness started to pay off, we as residents started to have troubles in the residence because people from outside started to enter. On of the students had an armed robbery situation just outside of our apartments. I was staying in this residence for the closeness to transports and supermarket and stuff but frankly everyone can find a place like that in a city like Paris for much cheaper. The price has risen so much and it’s really a ridiculous amount now. Isn’t worth it.

There were two attacks with weapons on students in the residence. They didn’t fix the main gate for months.

J'habite dans la résidence depuis maintenant 1 an et elle est très bien gérée. Les espaces communs sont en bon état et propre.Les habitants sont calmes et polis et il y a beaucoup d'internationaux.De plus Samuel est un excellent gérant, il est très professionnel et à toujours su être arrangeant en cas de besoin (changement d'un store qui faisait du bruit dans mon appartement, changement du robinet etc...)Je recommande sans hésiter.
