Gentle Provence

Nous avons contacté Gentle Provence dans le cadre de notre mariage pour ramener nos invités non motorisés car les Uber ne passaient pas sur notre lieu de réception. Nous les avons directement contacté via l'adresse mail disponible sur leur site internet. Le temps de réponse a été un peu long en raison du fait que mon adresse mail est tombée dans les SPAM. Mais j'ai relancé par téléphone et pour le coup j'ai eu une réponse très rapidement ! J'ai pu échanger au sujet de ma problématique pour voir quelle solution était la plus adaptée (1 van ou 2 van). Nous sommes partis sur 1 van.Le jour J nous avions pris l'initiative au préalable de réserver des places pour nos invités prioritaires et nous leur avions demandé de nous donner une heure de retour. De telle sorte nous avons pu organiser les créneaux horaires de retour. Ce qui était beaucoup plus pratique pour nous mais également pour notre prestataire. Le rapport qualité prix est bon et nos invités ont été très satisfaits de pouvoir compter sur ce service. Merci !

We took a tour of Provence with Remi last month and it was the highlight of our vacation! He was a fantastic tour guide - he had great communication prior to the tour and had a perfect day planned for us. His van was comfortable and clean and we loved all of our stops. The winery that we had a picnic at was perfect! Remi was the perfect tour guide and was not only knowledgeable but enthusiastic as well and we would absolutely take another tour with him!

Impeccable service ! On time with a smile, a comfortable van, a perfect drive. Rémi is extraordinary and he knows everything about Provence and its vineyards ! Thank you, very nice experience to discover the wines of Chateauneuf du Pape with a sommelier expert, and Aix en Provence aboard an exceptional car. We recommend tours of Gentle Provence for all those who want to know Provence in a different way.

I booked a return private transfer using the Ubki form on the Gentle Provence website and apparently this never went through to the Company. So unfortunately, due to a website error I was not picked up. Tried calling several times and no one answered until the next day. I got stranded in Aix-en-Provence for several hours and almost missed out on my friend's wedding. Luckily, an Uber decided to accept a 90-minute trip. And at least I got a refund. If booking, please ensure you contact the company directly so the same doesn't happen to you.

Remi is THE MAN!! Our home boy took us around france to see shops and the lavender feilds! Not only were the places amazing but remi was outstanding! And I got to take some great insta pics! Could not recommend this enough!!

We had an outstanding excursion through the Provence region w the help of Remi and his team. We had very specific things we were looking to do in a short amount of time and it far surpassed our expectations! Very knowledgeable, warm, English fluent (but helped the kiddos learn some useful French), and easy to work and schedule with. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Remi and would highly recommend him for your adventures in the south of France. He arranged 2 full days of wine tours out of AIX and our third travel day with his associate to St. Tropez. The wineries were all very good and lunches were very tasty. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the area and his english is tres bein! Will book again when we travel back to Provence.
