Hôtel Pastel

We were very pleased with our 7 night stay. As others have mentioned, the rooms are small but I think this is the norm for Paris. The room had air conditioning and I spoke with other travelers whose rooms did not include AC. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.Breakfast was continental" style with various breads cheeses

Y ayant séjourné une nuit dans le cadre d'un séjour professionnel, cet hôtel a pour moi été à la hauteur de mes attentes, avec un personnel très accueillant. Bien qu'assez petite, la chambre était confortable, et très bien nettoyée et ordonnée. À l'image finalement de l'hôtel dans son ensemble. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il était bien fourni, et fournit beaucoup de choix, qu'il s'agisse de sucré, de salé, de viennoiseries ou encore de fruits. Je pense qu'il vaut le prix qui a été dépensé. Continuez comme cela!

J'y suis restée deux nuits pour un week-end organisé par une amie et j'ai été agréablement surprise par la sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que par les chambres! Le quartier était également sympa avec plusieurs petits commerces à proximité mais aussi la Tour Eiffel et les Champs-Elysées que l'on peut rejoindre à pied.

Enjoyed our recent stay. The rooms are small but location is great to visit Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees area. The accessible room is quite large. Street noise late night is norm. Bike and scooters right in front for anytime use with app. Lots of restaurants within 5 to 10 min walk. Staff specially front Desk was very nice!

We stayed from March 15-21, 2023. While we was there we only asked for our room to be cleaned twice. On the night before we left someone came in our room while we was out. The reason we knew this is because they empty the trash and put extra toilet paper in the bathroom and that's all they did to the room. We did not ask for any room service so we could not figure out why they came in without our permission. They also moved my bag of clothes to the other side of the room and also put my daughter bag on the bed. This was the only day they move our things!!!! When we started to pack I notice my wallet was not in my bag where I left it. I reported it to the front desk and he said the manager will investigate and get back with us, it has been 3 days since we left and we have not heard anything. I am very upset that this happen and someone should be accountable for it!!!!!

J’ai passé une nuit avec ma conjointe dans une chambre découverte. Cette dernière était un peu petite au vue du prix payé : elle mériterait du nettoyage sur les murs, les portes ainsi que les joints de porte de douche. Cela dit l’ensemble de la chambre reste propre.Nous étions côté rue. Le bruit de la rue reste raisonnable. Cependant, on entend pas mal les portes de chambres claqués des autres usagés, parfois à des heures plus que limites).En ce qui concerne le personnel ils sont tous très agréables et sympathiques (dame de chambres, réceptionnistes…).Pour finir le petit déjeuner était bon mais un peu chère au vue de la qualité des produits proposés…

Great hotel en super nice people. With 30 degrees outside, the airco was really great to have. Rooms were clean, service great and the location.... walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower... couldn't be better!

Amazing boutique hotel in a very convenient and quiet location! Clean rooms, great breakfast and super friendly staff at the reception. Will definitely be back next time I visit Paris :)

Hotel was located in a great area with restaurants, stores, pharmacies, grocery stores and cafes nearby. About a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and 30 min walk to Rue Passy with many great stores for shopping. I really enjoyed the customer service as they were very kind. The discovery single room was just the right size if you only need a room to sleep and shower, otherwise if you plan to spend more time in the room I would size up. The room was nice and clean and always stocked with water, tea and coffee. I found the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had hot water and good pressure. Overall great stay except for one day when housekeeping came to tidy the room the drain stopper in the bathroom sink was taken out and my window was left wide open :(.

€275 per night for a small room that has broken shower head, shower door missing, plastics cups, etc. And breakfast is poor with fruit that needs 2 more weeks ripening. And breakfast lady got angry with me because I didn’t speak French. Never again!
