Des mouvements accompagnent la stimulation des électrodes placés aux endroits stratégiques du corps, sous la direction de Godefroy, coach efficace toujours à vos côtés. Very good gym in the heart of Old Lille ! the gym itself is good, lots of machines and weights different cardio machines, isolate muscle machines !! The coaches are great, very priceless informations and advise ! I recommend this place, because people here are not about competing with each other, they're friendly. What's more is coach really take care of you and your progress. Moreover, this gym is cheap but not the maintenance, client services and advices ! The coaches have diplomas so you know that they are not telling some bro science or fake advice ! If you're natural gainer and have an objective, come and lift with us ! I've been here for 3 months and I can tell that it is better here than basic fit !
