If you are looking for counter services, this branch is not for you, as it is a cashless branch. However, I am with this Branch 3.5 years and have seen 3 Branch Managers. The staff are very helpful and responsive when you send a message via app or email. I have a mortgage with this Branch and it was very helpful. It is a good branch for foreigners, although many have limited English, they do their best to help and advise you. The branch has a more personal touch and I have sent a number of colleagues there and they have always been helped to open an account. Like any where in France, it takes about 2 weeks to open an account and get your bank card but they walk you through the complex processes that they must follow.

They are quite busy with some changes in their organization and could impact their image with the clients. However, if you're a client, be patient, and reach out to them, you can have an appointment and your issues will be quickly resolved.For me, I got an appointment and a new advisor: Marion, and she's wonderful. I got resolved all my concerns and even good recommendations with always so kind attitude.Really, I'm happy that back in the past, I felt frustrated with the service, and now all is improved.

Cela fait plus de 4 ans que je suis client et je vais de déception en déception. Chaque changement de chéquier est une aventure, les conseillers" n'ont que ce titre mais je n'ai jamais reçu de proposition de placement... Et j'ai demandé le 30/11 dernier la copie d'un chèque encaissé

si vous voulez poser un chèque c'est uniquement entre 8h30 et 12h sinon il fait prendre rendez vous....Bientôt il va falloir poser un jour de congé pour des opérations courantes.
